Whistleblowing

DGA, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 which has incorporated into our legislation Directive (EU) 2019/1937 containing the new regulations on Whistleblowing, undertakes to prevent and counteract any unlawful acts, omissions or conduct committed in its work context, harmful to its stakeholders and to its integrity and reputation.

To this end, DGA has established its own internal reporting channel suitable to guarantee the utmost confidentiality of the whistleblower and all persons involved, as well as to ensure the correct processing of personal data in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.

It should be noted that the whistleblowing channel cannot be used to report disputes, claims or requests related to a personal interest of the whistleblower or that relate exclusively to their individual employment relationship.
